This is due to new hires that are not adequately trained on organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Solution: New and current staff will be trained to process applications for guide dogs in a thorough and comprehensive manner. This will ultimately lead to a higher percentage of successful (long term) guide dog matches, and reduce unnecessary time and resources spent on unsuccessful matches.
