Audience: Project management and related professionals who are required to create, update and identify efficiencies to business processes.

Problem: Project managers are running into issues with old and outdated processes when working on projects. Additionally, implementation of new systems requires new processes. Processes need to be up-to-date per Enterprise Project Management Methodology policy.

Solution: Targeted employees will receive this virtual instructor-led training where they will be provided information on how to update and develop a business process flow.

Highlights: This course includes breakout room and group activities as well as discussion questions throughout. A follow-up quiz and course evaluation will be delivered after completion.
